Is it possible for me as a UK citizen to be a doctor in Japan and is it something you guys have personally heard of/seen yourself?
I've done my own research and I'd need to be licensed by the governing body that oversees healthcare in Japan. I was expecting this as it's the same for any country really, we all have different licenses we need to obtain to be able to practice in a particular country.
What are your thoughts on this and do you think it's worth me pursuing? I'm hopefully going to be specializing as an anesthesiologist and would just love to spend my remaining life in Japan.
