I really wish they would implement a luggage ban during rush hour

Every morning during my commute, I look at the huge suitcases that people bring on the trains and I think to myself "this is an accident waiting to happen".

From balancing giant suitcases on escalators to not holding on to them when the train is moving, people seem oblivious to the fact that they are bringing 25-35 kg blocks on to a train during the busiest hours in the busiest city.

I can't count how many times I had to wipe dirt of my pants or get my shins rammed by these things.
But that's just a minor annoyance. I am more worried about what will happen during an evacuation.
I was on the Fukutoshin Line today and an entire section of the train car was almost completely blocked by people with suitcases.

I wish they would introduce a ban on large luggage, at least during rush hours. Tourists have multiple options of getting their luggage to and from the airport. This is only gonna get worse.
