Working at McDonalds with experience?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub for this, but I'm hoping someone has had a similar experience. I have basic Japanese proficiency (n3, currently studying more vocabulary and kanji), and I'm trying to find a path to working in japan. I have worked at McDonald's in the US for close to 7 years as a shift manager, and was wondering if it would be a good idea to try for a job at one in japan? I am a quick learner with language, so I dont think I would have too much trouble learning to read or speak what is nessecary for the job.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if my experience would make me a good candidate, or make me more likely to get full time work, as most of the jobs I'm seeing for foreigners with visa support are only part time, and this wouldnt be viable for living.

If anyone has good advice, thank you in advance 🙏
