Yes they did once again repeatedly state a starting sale time of “the 22nd” without specifying that that was in Japan time; until yesterday when they randomly said sales started “tomorrow”. Why? Fuck you, that’s why.
However the overseas Lawson site https://l-tike.com/st1/njpwos/ appears to be down “due to capacity problems”. I doubt that’s a thing caused by people trying to buy Dash tickets, so either something bigger happened to go on international sale at the same time or that’s not the actual issue with the site.
