Seems fine to me, but for Noboribetsu it seems like you’re not staying there overnight? It’d be a bit of a shame to not stay there. Though I understand it would mess up your plan to rent a car in Sapporo. For the street, don’t have your hopes up by too much, it’s not really long.
For day 7, I don’t think Nijo market will still be open late if you’re planning to eat there for dinner. Might help to check the hours beforehand.
