Bought these yellowtail fillets from Seatopia, they remained frozen solid upon delivery, immediately put them in my deep freezer, opened up one and it smelled fishy and was inedible as sashimi, I think this color is wrong? Can anyone help? I thought it was supposed to be a more vibrant red color, not this dullish brown
