I’m looking for a recruiter, headhunter, or career expert who provides career counseling services for people planning to move to Japan.

I’m 35 years old, with 10+ years of experience in international trade and supply chain management, and I’m considering a transition into supply chain/logistics or digital transformation/SAP-related roles.

I need an honest and realistic assessment of my actual chances at this age, what pathways are viable, and which steps I should prioritize (certifications, skills, job-market strategy, etc.). I’m not looking for job placement right now. I’m looking for someone who can evaluate my profile and guide me.
