I work in a children’s home (orphanage setting) in Switzerland and I’m already fully trained in this field. Over the past years I’ve developed a strong love for Japan, and I’m trying to broaden my horizon a bit.
Does anyone know if foreigners can work in similar childcare/orphanage institutions in Japan? I’m not looking to move anytime soon, it’s more about understanding whether this could realistically be possible in the future.
If anyone has experience or insights, I’d really appreciate it.
