Considering a move to Japan through iTTTi Peppy Kids Club — need advice from anyone with experience

Hey everyone,

I’m a 28-year-old from Pakistan and currently in the UAE on a visit visa until the end of December 2025. I recently got an email from iTTTi Peppy Kids Club after applying through GaijinPot, and I’m seriously considering it as a possible way to finally move to Japan.

A bit about me:

  • I have a Master’s degree (MBA).
  • Japan has been my childhood dream—I genuinely love the culture, the people, the places, everything.
  • My long-term plan is to enter Japan, learn the Japanese language, settle in properly, and eventually move into a job more related to my field once I’m fluent and better established.
  • Right now, my main goal is simply to get in, support myself, and slowly build a long-term life there.
  • Peppy Kids Club seems like the closest and most realistic path for me at the moment.
  • My only concern is that I have very limited savings, and I want to make sure I’m making a smart and sustainable choice.
  • Also I have heard some (Not Good) things about Peppy Kids Club on the internet, so I needed advice from you guys.

So I’m looking for advice from anyone who:
• has worked with Peppy Kids Club,
• moved to Japan through them or similar ALT/eikaiwa programs,
• has insight on the work conditions, training period, accommodation, or pay,
• or knows whether this route is realistic for someone with limited savings trying to break into Japan for the first time.

Is Peppy a good stepping stone? What should I watch out for? Will I be able to survive the first month or two with minimal savings? Any honest feedback or experiences would really help me out.

Thanks in advance!
