Offered Apt in Yokohoma and Kanagawa; How’s the commute?

So I am planning to move to Tokyo in around January or February after graduating uni here. My office location will be near Hanzomon and since my budget is on the lower end (80 to 90kish) I was offered places further out. I was just wondering how much of a hassle the commute would be since it's estimated to be 40 to 50 minutes. Sometimes even multiple transfers.
