Do you know a good bilingual mechanic?

I am a car owner now and am wondering if any in the Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa area knows of a mechanic they can recommend me. I suppose it doesn’t need to be an individual but I’d like to meet someone I can bond with and rely on for years to come if possible (or at least any tips on making this happen). Thank you.

Car is Nissan Elgrand E52.
