So, the wife said the only thing she wants for Xmas this year is for me to see a specialist about my snoring. I told her I'd be happy to oblige, be it a CPAP machine or otherwise. Does anyone have any recommendations for sleep clinics in either the Osaka or Kyoto area? Further is fine, just a preference.
Edit: it's not a bodyweight issue for those suggesting weight loss.
