So my previous debit card (American) worked fine and the payment was automatically withdrawn from my account each month for the last two years, but that debit card expired last month so a new debit card was sent to me, but every time I put the information into SoftBank's payment method, it fails. Everything is the same expect for a new card number and expiration date, so I don't know why it keeps failing. I called my bank and they said they aren't even seeing anything on their end regarding this payment, so it seems likely to be on SoftBank's end. Has anyone else had this problem recently?
