Hello, im planning my first ever solo trip and want to go to Japan. im posting my Itinerary to get some overall feedback and see if ive overbooked myself.
ow this is a very rough draft that mostly includes just the overall area and list of attractions and activities id like to visit in said area. I've broken it down by day but don't have exact timings or restaurants.
Im aiming for Oct 5 – 21st, ill spent Oct 6 – 16th in Tokyo, the rest ill have a hotel in Osaka as a main base.
This is my list, some things are marked as optional and will depending on budget/time.
Day 1: Fly all day long

- Land in Narita Airport around 3:35 pm

Day 17: Train back to Tokyo
- Hit up any remaining spots in Tokyo, then head towards the airport
Now for some clarification on some things, the reason its mostly tokyo is because there is so much there i want to do. I love big cities, i grew up near no major cities, and lived in a small town on the water so when it comes to those kinda of country side towns i cant say they interest me all that much. But i love walking around big cities and sorta just exploring and doing random attractions.
Now kyoto is a major city and tourist attraction but when it comes to shrines and temples i kinda feel like its not my vibe. i feel like seeing a few will be enough for me, maybe ill change my mind and love it. but unless i can afford to spend extra days ill stick with only spending a day or 2 there.
Anyways suggestions or tips about my listed attractions would be really helpful and appreciated!!!
