Any recs for a spot in Shinjuku to spend my lunch break?

I have a one hour break while I work in Shinjuku and I don’t want to eat at the office do you guys have any recs for a place to chill ? Would prefer it to be free. Could be a cafe or restaurant that is cozy or has good sunlight because the office is depressing so that I can eat and spend my lunch break. I found out about the newoman garden today so I plan to check that out this week but yeah I think I wanna have a regular chill spot so any recs would be great
