i recently moved to japan on a student visa. i have a pre paid card from my country but it has lots of limitations with online payments in japan specifically.
i'm looking for something that can make in person and online payments (apple pay, amazon, mercari, subscriptions, etc)…
would a debit card or prepaid card be better?
i have rakuten as my mobile service provider so would they be a good company to use or are there better options?
