Hi! I just want to ask if anyone else has experienced this with their EPOS card.
My credit limit is around ¥90,000, but sometimes the available balance suddenly drops to about ¥60,000 even if I haven’t spent anything yet. It’s like the card is deducting or holding an amount for no reason.
Has this happened to you too? Is this normal for EPOS, or should I contact their support?
Would really appreciate any insights. 🙏
