I entered Osaka in August with the Startup Visa and after registering my address and seal, getting the My Number card, and opening a Yucho bank account, I am now preparing to undergo the company establishment process.
Would I be able to choose a future date for the "opening" of my GK company? For example, that I submit the paperwork on December 15th but have my company officially start on January 15th. Or is my company started/opened on the same day of the paperwork submission?
If my company is started/opened in January, that would mean that there are no tax-related paperwork and accounting for 2025, right?
