Need Information for PR Clarification

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I need some guidance regarding my PR application.

I am currently working as a Project Researcher under the Highly Skilled Professional (HSP) visa since July 2024, with points in the 70–80 range. I received HSP back in September 2024, I couldn’t submit the next whole-year expected income certificate because my company could only issue it until the following March, as my contract renews annually. Because of this, I didn’t receive income points at that time.

Fast forward to August 2025, I believed I had finally become eligible for PR since I now have over 100 points (including income) for the past year. However, after consulting a lawyer, I was told that I still cannot apply because immigration again requires a full next-year expected income certificate, and my company can only issue it up to March 2026 due to the yearly contract renewal cycle.

My question is: Should I wait until March 2026 to apply for PR, when I can finally receive the next full-year expected income certificate from my company? Or is there any alternative approach to handle this situation?
