Bought a Yamda denki Microwave requires ground wire but my apartment has no ground terminal

Just bought a microwave in Japan and the manual says I need to connect the ground wire (アース線). Problem is, I'm in a rental apartment and the outlet only has 2 pins – no ground terminal.
My landlady says installing one isn't possible. The manual warns about electric shock risk without grounding.
