WHV renewal, how vague can you be?

I’m in the process of currently filling my renewal application form and I’m somewhat stuck on how specific you have to be in explaining the activities you’ve done and Japan and want to continue to do in Japan. For reference, I was given a single blank piece of paper to write on. However I’m not sure if I should be writing dates for things I did/and how much I should be writing. If I can be vague/not specific and whether or not immigration is more focused or what I have done or what I want to do, and if I should write more about what I plan to do if my visa is renewed rather than what I have done since I’ve been in Japan. I’ve looked at some videos but none of them talk about this part of the process

EDIT: Forgot to mention I was also given a four-page form to fill out, the blank paper was an additional paper separate from the form
