Hi everyone,
I’m looking at taking short-term Japanese classes at Coto Academy and I noticed they have two Tokyo campuses: Shibuya and Iidabashi.
I already know the basic curriculum differences, but I’m specifically trying to understand what the buildings themselves are like.
If you’ve studied at either campus, can you share:
- What the building feels like (new/old, clean, bright, cramped, etc.)
- Interior layout (classrooms, lounge space, vibe, noise level)
- Neighborhood feel around the building
- Is Shibuya really “nicer” or more modern since it’s newer?
- Is Iidabashi more comfortable or quieter for daily study?
I’m deciding which one to choose based on environment + comfort since I’ll be studying 1–3 months.
Any firsthand experience or photos would be super appreciated. Thanks!
