I’m half japanese/filipino wanting to reside in japan.

I was born here in philippines and then flew back to japan where I grew up there until I was grade 2. and then my mom decided to go back to philippines and I am here almost 14 years now. And now I am planning to go back to japan and live there. I have my certificate of recognition as filipino citizen that I recently got and My japanese passport. What will I say and present to the philippine immigration in airport? and in japan immigration after I arrive😭?
