cant find any relevant example so a bit lost here.
i have a bachelors degree in computer science with a major in data science. will be joining kyushu university for a PhD in related field. was considering teaching as part-time during my stay.
the problem i have with the requirements for teaching jobs i am seeing is that they all want you to be a native english speaker. is it not common for non-native speakers to be hired. does a 8.0 IELTS score bring any value? unfortunately my japanese is still very poor.
also i doubt there is anything related to this but, are there any teaching jobs where my CSE degree and industry experience will be useful?
