25 y/o earning ¥22M — NISA already maxed, what should I do next?

Hey guys,

I'm 25 and earning about 22 million yen a year in Japan. I've already maxed out my NISA because I wanted to start investing early instead of letting cash sit around, but now I’m not sure what my next move should be.

I want to grow my money long-term and take advantage of the fact that I’m still young, but I also don’t want to blindly throw money into things I don’t understand. I’m looking for what people usually do after NISA is taken care of — stuff like iDeCo, ETFs, real estate, foreign investments, or anything else worth looking into.

Just trying to set myself up properly while I’ve got time on my side. Any advice, experience, or even mistakes you learned from would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance 🙏

Also, I am filing a PR very soon. Can I take advantage of my salary situation in any way?

I don't speak any Japanese 🙁
