Forecast Snow in Kyoto Dec 4

Hi Kyoto Redditors!

I’m currently visiting Osaka with some day trips planned for Kyoto.

I saw on the iOS Weather app there is snow forecasted tonight and tomorrow in Kyoto.

I understand it usually melts quickly in the city center, but I was wondering if perhaps there are some areas nearby where fallen snow stays for a bit, even if just a thin layer? Got excited by the thought of seeing snow on top of fall foliage.
