About Akamonkai school and job-hunting

Hey guys
I have some questions to know whether my plans were realistic and possible
I am applying for Akamonkai language school, I already passed JLPTN3, I have a bachelor degree in dentistry and I am from a developing country
1- Firstly, I am still not sure what to do after language school, I might go for a diploma
But I am planning to study more Japanese and get a job, and I thought that in worst case scenario, if I couldn't find a job and failed JLPTN2 or N1 and I wanted to study more, I would apply for an SSW visa as a safety net (I will try to avoid it) while aiming to study more, so I would find a job later under working visa.
Is it possible? To change jobs from SSW to working visa? Or to even find a job at all? I am also studying the TEFL course just in case, tho English isn't my native language.
2- For those who attended Akamonkai school, how many hours per day does their homework usually take? 😉 Should I go to their women-only dormitories or rent an apartment? If so which site is best?
Regarding the application, Akamonkai told me that a bank balance is enough and that a bank statement isn't necessary, but would they ask for a bank statement from my sponsor later?
Thank you very much for reading till the end 🙂
I would really appreciate your help
I would appreciate it even more if you could tell me how to improve myself, any skills or courses that would help 🙂
