Is it really hard to get a work visa with a economics or business college degree?

I'm still in highschool but I always wanted to go live in Japan once I finished college.

I really like things related to economics and managing companies(Especially the human resources department. That's why I'm taking a course of Business management and accounting in highschool.

My plan was to graduate in economics or business in college and then get a try to get a work visa or going to a language school in Japan.

But recently one of my classmates said that if I want to go to Japan those degree don't make sense, because in Japan economic's related degrees aren't seen as "high qualified". So it would be kinda impossible.

Is it true? Or there's still a chance?:(
