Hi, I've been living in Japan for 7 months now. Im 18, dumb and clueless, and I just lost one singular payslip. I've been working for only about three months and Im wondering how big of a headache I could get myself into if I don't find it, especially with renewing my visa. Also wondering if my employer can legally refuse to give me another copy. Thanks in advance to anyone this reaches.
Edit: Ah fvck I totally forgot to add something relevant. I can't explain it in english but my work is not a desk job, I work in factories and idk what it's called in english i feel like it's contract work i think is the word. I saw a comment under another post on here about payslips that contractors don't get that now im twice as anxious as I am a while ago. It's 12:20 in the middle of the night, i have to get up at 4am but I can't sleep cuz of stress someone help-
