Fire insurance in Kyoto: looking for English-speaking agent

Could you direct me to an English-speaking insurance agency?

I have to subscribe a fire insurance for a house I’ll be renting in Kyoto.

I wonder if a simple renters’ insurance would do (i.e. covering contents in case of fire with a limit of 20 Mios JPY) or if I should find something more (i.e. to cover the costs of reconstruction in case the house would burn down since, according to the lease contract, at the end of the lease, I have to vacate the house in the same condition as at the beginning)?
