I've been using Amazon for 4 years and never had any issue until recently. For the past month, all my orders specifically to be fulfilled by Amazon.jp have become undelivered. It's the exact problem described in https://www.reddit.com/r/japanlife/comments/1ikh2wk/anyone\_else\_have\_issues\_with\_amazon\_orders/. Orders to be delivered by other couriers are fine. This occurred even prior to the latest Black Friday sale, so I don't think it's due to capacity reasons.
I've chatted with "associates" using the Amazon app five times now and they tell me that it's some issue with the delivery center and/or the package was damaged. It would be very unlikely that the packages were damaged because this happened on the last seven or so orders. I also gave them my GPS coordinates because apparently they couldn't find my address, even though I've never had a problem with my address and I have never changed it. Even after providing the GPS coordinates of where I live, I got the same undeliverable issue.
Has this happened to anyone just recently? I don't want to jump to any conclusions.
