I have been to Japan multiple times but first time staying in Kyoto, near Kyoto Station. Is it to be expected that once in a while someone will pass by with very loud motorcycle revs even at 11PM? Truly frustrating and not so Japan-ish.
Just wanna rant lol because I can't sleep 🤷♀️
