In my neighbourhood Kamigyo-ku, I see old houses being remodeled, or destroyed, to be replaced by new ones, which seems to take a few months. I wonder how much such a small house would cost. Of course the land cannot be cheap. But the constructions itself, Idk. Any ideas? What would the old houses be worth?
