Found by Shin-Ōkuba Station, trying to get it back to who lost it!

This photo was sitting right outside the entrance to the station, I could tell how loved and special it was to somebody so I didn’t want to leave it there! Does anyone know her? If there is a better place to post this or this is against the rules please let me know, I’m just visiting so this was the best solution I could think of 🙂
