I'm currently studying at a language school and also taking a pre-university course and grinds outside of school in order to prepare for taking the EJU and getting accepted into university for April 2027.
Today I found out one of my parents has been proposed to and is planning their wedding for early October 2027 which seems to be when universities typically open back up after the summer break.
I'm wondering if anyone would know if universities typically allow a few days of leave due to circumstances like weddings and such or not. Would appreciate if anyone has information or advice on this.

Should be fine. Just talk to your professors. I’d excuse you from a class or two no problem and I expect most other teachers would also not have an issue, though you will still be responsible for any work that needs to be submitted while you are gone,
Most universities I’ve taught at allow up to three absences per semester for each class. It’s not ideal to miss school, but life happens. Go to your teachers’ office hours and ask about makeup work. Do what you can to mitigate your lost class time and you’ll be alright.
I work at a few universities and it wouldn’t be a big deal….mine allow 5 per semester or more
