Which HSP track is a teacher at a middle/high school or college/university?

I was talking to FRESC and they said it was advanced academic research, but then I talked to two different immigration lawyers and they said it was advanced specialized/technical and that advanced academic research is only for people who are employed as researchers.

Does anyone here have any input? Maybe I need to find an immigration lawyer who has specifically worked with teachers applying for PR via HSP.
