I’m planning to move for a new apartment after my 1 year contract in my current apartment and I’m thinking of loaning money for the initial costs. Does anyone have any experience loaning from City Hall or JP bank as a foreigner (I’m a long-term resident)? What and how the process goes? And which is easier to get a loan? And does the amount depends on the income? Thank you!!!
