I want to buy a camera from facebook market place, can’t meet face to face. The seller is asking me to pay him the delivery cost in advance and he will send me the camera( CASH ON DELIVERY ).
What I want to know is – can I open the box and check the item before paying and return it if the item doesn’t match the sellers description?
