Money transfer using Yucho Direct and Yucho passbook apps

I am foreigner living in Japan. I have a bank account in japan post bank and recently learn that its cheaper to send money using Yucho passbook app which also required registration in Yucho direct app. I registered to both the apps but I am not able to transfer money.
Just want to confirm whether I need to wait for the confirmation from the bank that my registration is confirmed? Is there a step between you register with both apps and you use the transfer service?
If yes, around how long the confirmation takes?
