I am due to work with ECC in the new year, and have been placed in a really tiny like MINUSCULE aptmt for a required lease of 4 months with them, and I want to find a new place after my lease is up.
I wanted to ask if anyone working (or previously worked for) with ECC knows if they will act as a guarantor for an aptmt I find myself, as I have been checking foreigner-friendly realtor sites and I can only find aptmts that require a guarantor in the area I've been placed. I could afford a bigger space for the price I'll be paying for the little 1K they've assigned me.
I know I could just ask them, but I feel reluctant to do so before I sign a lease agreement lol. While the aptmt they've assigned me is tiny, I'd prefer that over a share house so I don't want to irritate them lol.
