Hey guys,
Has anyone requested Rakuten bank statement (balance + transaction) for Visa application?
I need them to be in English to apply for Visa to travel to Europe, but they only provide Japanese version on their online banking website.
I'm not sure if I need to call their customer support to request it, or if there are some workarounds.
