We recently moved into a mansion-type apartment. We tried applying for Hikari internet, but they told us they can’t install it because the building isn’t supported yet and they also mentioned that they couldn’t find any existing fiber connection point (I’m not sure what that means).
We really need an internet connection as soon as possible. Can anyone recommend a good alternative? Would a home Wi-Fi (pocket Wi-Fi or home router) be okay? Does it have cap?
