Ahamo users — how do I activate roaming to receive SMS abroad?

Hi everyone,
I’m using ahamo, and I’ll be traveling outside Japan next week. My bank sometimes sends SMS messages to verify transactions, so I need to make sure I can receive SMS while abroad.

I know ahamo includes data roaming in some countries, but I’m not sure if I need to activate anything specific for SMS reception, or if it works automatically once I’m overseas. Do I need to change any settings in the app, turn on roaming in my phone, or contact support?
