How do I get an official bank statement from JP Bank?

I’m trying to figure out the proper way to get an official bank statement from JP Bank for immigration paperwork in another country.

I recently got my JP Bank online banking set up and downloaded the available transaction files, but the documents look extremely barebones. They only show rows of numbers without any personal details, no name, address, account number, or identifying JP Bank information. It doesn’t even show the currency symbol or grids.

Before I go into a branch, I want to check whether anyone here has experience getting a proper, official looking statement from JP Bank that includes full account details. If you’ve gone through this, how did you request it? Did you need to ask for a specific document, printout, or certificate? Any guidance from people who’ve dealt with this.

I don’t know if JP Bank has a standardized format available at branches or if it depends on what you ask for.
