The LDP's Public Safety, Terrorism, and Cybercrime Countermeasures Research Committee (chaired by Hanashi Yasuhiro) compiled a draft proposal for measures against crimes committed by foreigners, which was revealed on the 10th. Citing the "increasing trend in the number of arrests," the proposal calls for securing interpreters and expanding the system to accommodate minority languages

So now, we foreigners are "dangerous enough" to be considered equivalent to "Terrorists" and "DANGER TO PUBLIC SAFETY".
