Saitama: Unlicensed truck driver arrested after crash kills 19-year-old passenger

A 22-year-old Turkish man was arrested in Saitama Prefecture for driving without a valid license.
Police say he rear-ended a stopped medium truck on the Gaikan Expressway near Bijogi, Toda City.
His 19-year-old passenger died in the crash.
The driver admitted to the offense.
The incident occurred on December 8, around 9:10 PM.
