Does anyone know a store (can be online or physical) where can I buy intl perfumes?

Look, I want to buy The Virtues Vanilla Woods perfume and Billie Eilish perfume but I don't know where can I buy without using debit/credit card. I know most online stores here in Japan have an option to pay at the konbini, and I want to do that cuz I really don't have debit nor credit card 😭

OR if you guys know any physical store around Tokyo, Kanagawa-ken or Shizuoka-ken, then I would gladly visit those ones (and maybe browse more perfumes to buy or put on my wishlist).
