I’ve started using my number for health appointments. Of course they still make you fill in their own forms by hand. And so I couldn’t fathom why they would always call a “Mr John” instead of “Mr Smith”, because I put my names where they belong in the form.
I asked, and apparently this is what My Number spits out into their system. I’ll go to the city office when I’ve got some time, but I’m just interested to know if anyone else has the same issue?
