Mercari and Mercard?

I've been successfully using Mercari for a few months now. At the beginning, I had a Mercard balance and was able to use it to instantly pay for goods and then settle up with either my balance or by using my debit card, before the due date.

Then all of a sudden last month the Mercard logo disappeared along with the icon revealing both my credit limit and outstanding balance.

I always paid off the outstanding balance well in advance of the due date and never ever went over the credit limit.

So am I being penalised for being too frugal? Or, have I somehow incurred the wrath of the Mercard Gods by not allowing them to make any money out of me?

Seriously, I'm not bothered either way, although it was nice to instantly buy stuff and pay them off later that month, either through selling stuff or topping up using my debit card.

As for the points, well, once again, as someone who hates any form of Loyalty programme, I'm not sure if I've ever taken them seriously.
