Ive had some bad allergy symptoms since moving to Tokyo from Okayama. At first I just thought it was pollen and so I toughed it out until summer, but my symptoms continue.
Eventually, recently I had a bloodwork allergy test done at a clinic and it came back with “mild allergy to house dust”. They tested like 30 things too, yet my symptoms remain (runny nose, lots of sneezing, itchy eyes, sometimes sore throat). Has anyone else had this problem and did anything help you solve it?
I just get the feeling I must be allergic to something other than house dust (the doctor just said avoid old buildings) but I have no idea.
